Application & Recommendation

Rockasoft CSD-100 is a cationic softener, Adding acetic acid will increase its cationic charge during applying. It is compatible with resin baths. It imparts luxurious soft durable hand, will not discolor bleached whites. Exhausts slowly in dye bath, allowing uniform product distribution through fabrics and lubricates yarn and imparts soft hand in finished product. For dilution it is necessary to prepare 80 parts of hot water (80- 85°C ) and 15 parts of Rockasoft CSD-100 Must be added into hot water during stirring. Adding 1-2 parts of acetic acid will increase it's cationic charge and more solubility for preventing of foam creating adding 0.05% Rockasoft CSD-100 is recommended most softening formulas needs 2-5 percent of diluted product.
