Application & Recommendation

Rockasoft AC-100 is a cationic softener. Adding acetic acid will increase its cationic charge during applying. It is compatible with resin baths. It imparts luxurious soft durable hand. It will not discolor bleached whites. Exhausts slowly in dye bath, allows uniform product distribution through fabrics, lubricates yarn, and imparts soft hand in finished product.

For dilution it is necessary to prepare 80 parts of hot water (80- 85°C ) and 15 parts of Rockasoft AC-100 Must be added into hot water during stirring. Adding 1-2 parts of acetic acid will increase its cationic charge and solubility for preventing of foam creating.

Adding 0.05% Rockdefoam SL-54 is recommended. Most softening formulas need 2-5 percent of diluted product.
