Rockacryl ASB-60
Rockacryl ASB-60 is an acid containing cross-linked acrylic emulsion copolymer. When the emulsion is diluted with water and neutralized with a base, each emulsion particle greatly swells. The emulsion clarifies under those conditions and becomes highly viscose.
Neutralized solutions with Rockacryl ASB-60 can not be reverted to emulsion form and reduction in PH will precipitate the polymer.

Application & Recommendation
Rockacryl ASB-60 is extensively used for thickening latex application. Rockacryl ASB-60 can replace kerosene partially or fully in pigment print paste formulation. Adding some drops of ammonia inside the yield to increase PH to 7.5-8 is sufficient to reach the best point of viscosity and applying on the pigment printing process.
CAUTION
Rockacryl ASB-60 is cold sensitive and must be kept from freezing in storage and transportation.
